This Laboratory is located at HPF B110. It is a logically addition to the nearby PCB Etching Laboratory. Advanced users may assemble their printed circuit boards either manually or with our pick and place machine. A state of the art reflow oven as well as various optical inspection tools make this another 'Bijoux' of the Physics Department. This Laboratory is operable since August 12th, 2015.
