This is a standard computer managed by the ISG. It is equipped with MS Office, Target 3001 Design Software and Firefox. You may want to check your BOM or the assembly.csv or whatever seems necessary. Use your D-PHYS credentials to log on. The computer is equipped with an SD card reader/writer in order to communicate with the pick and place machine. It is a good idea to have your own SD card with you.

This place is intended to apply the solder paste. Please keep it in the refrigerator if not used. The preferred brand is xyz.

This place is intended to check and / or manually populate the board. A 24" Screen at the wall simplifies educational purposes. A Weller soldering station with hot air and various tips make your task easy to be handled. You may store pictures on a SD card. It is a good idea to have your own one with you.

Is equipped with a subsonic cleaning unit. Elmasonic S30 H. Very often this is not necessary ! The cleaning liquid is Elma Tec Clean A1 Ultrasonic Cleaner Solution. From Big C, (Best.-Nr.: 039616-62).

Elma tec clean A1 should be diluted to 3-10% with water before use. Tec clean A1 is formulated to be easily and thoroughly rinsed off with water, leaving no chemical residue after rinsing with distilled or deionized water. The mildly alkaline solution can be used over and over until it begins to lose effectiveness. Tec clean A1 is water-based and biodegradable.

This is a workstation to manually assemble and solder THT components. Some basic equipment like power supply, waveform generator as well as a soldering station / desoldering station are available.

This workstation is equipped with a short wave scanner. You may store pictures on an USB memory stick. It is a good idea to have your own one with you. Anyway, for urgent / emergency use, a small batch is available. Bring them back, as we consider you to be a honourable person. It is considered evil to scan your colleague's sandwich for ingredients.
